目的：探讨视频宣教在老年脑卒中家庭康复指导方案中的可行性。方法将60例老年脑卒中患者随机分成研究组和对照组各30例，对照组给予常规家庭生活照料；研究组予以常规家庭生活照料和家庭康复指导宣教视频光盘。采用改良Barthel指数评定日常生活活动（ADL）能力，简易智力状态量表评定认知功能和筛选入组病例。结果两组患者入组前 ADL评分无显著性差异（P＞0.05），研究组视频宣教前后ADL评分有显著性差异(P＜0.01)，ADL分值明显高于对照组。结论视频宣教能改善日常生活活动能力，提高生存质量，降低致残率、复发率及死亡率。

Objective It is to discuss the feasibility of video propaganda and education in the home rehabilitation guidance for senile patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods 60 cases of senile patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 30 cases for each group. The patients in control group were given conventional home care, while the patients in research group were given both conventional homecare and home rehabilitation guidance through video. Modified Barthel index was used to evaluate the ability of daily life (ADL) and simple mental status scale was used to evaluate the cognitive function and filtrate the enrol ed cases. Results The dif erence in the score of ADL before enrol ing between two groups was not statistical y significant (P>0.05), but the dif erence in the score of ADL of research group before and after video propaganda and education was statistical y significant (P<0.01), with the score significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion Video propaganda and education can improve the patients' ability of daily life and quality of life and reduce the disability rate, recur ence rate as wel as mortality rate.
