目的：探讨全身麻醉苏醒延迟的原因和总结处理经验。方法回顾性分析近期在我院接受手术且出现术后麻醉苏醒延迟的28例患者的临床资料，对患者苏醒延迟的原因及措施进行调查。结果麻醉后苏醒延迟与麻醉药物残留，电解质紊乱，低体温，麻醉药物过量手术时间长短等因素有关，术后应针对相关因素加强支持治疗。结论导致麻醉苏醒延迟的原因较多，医护人员要增强防范意识，密切观察患者的状况，尽早发现原因并处理，以避免或减少麻醉苏醒延迟的发生，降低苏醒延迟的发生率。
목적：탐토전신마취소성연지적원인화총결처리경험。방법회고성분석근기재아원접수수술차출현술후마취소성연지적28례환자적림상자료，대환자소성연지적원인급조시진행조사。결과마취후소성연지여마취약물잔류，전해질문란，저체온，마취약물과량수술시간장단등인소유관，술후응침대상관인소가강지지치료。결론도치마취소성연지적원인교다，의호인원요증강방범의식，밀절관찰환자적상황，진조발현원인병처리，이피면혹감소마취소성연지적발생，강저소성연지적발생솔。
Objective To explore the causes of delayed recovery of general anesthesia and summarize the experience of treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of recent operation in our hospital and clinical data of 28 cases of delayed recovery of anesthesia in patients after operation,investigating the cause of the patients with delayed recovery and measures.Results Delayed recovery after anesthesia and anesthesia drug residues,electrolyte disturbance,low body temperature,the anesthetic overdose operation time and other factors,the factors related to strengthening support treatment after operation.Conclusion The causes of delayed recovery of anesthesia more reasons,the medical staf should enhance the awareness of prevention,and closely observe the patient's condition,find the reasons and treatment as early as possible,in order to avoid or reduce the incidence of delayed recovery after anesthesia,and reduce the incidence of delayed recovery.
