目的：探讨糖皮质激素对社区获得性肺炎（CAP）的影响。方法回顾分析2012年10月~2014年5月在我科住院的 CAP患者24例，分为糖皮质激素组（9例）和对照组（15例）。比较两组患者的症状改善时间、抗生素疗程和疾病复发率。结果糖皮质激素组的症状改善时间和抗生素疗程均短于对照组（P＜0.05），两组间疾病复发率无显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论糖皮质激素能显著改善CAP症状和缩短抗生素疗程，需要进一步确定其在CAP中的应用价值。

목적：탐토당피질격소대사구획득성폐염（CAP）적영향。방법회고분석2012년10월~2014년5월재아과주원적 CAP환자24례，분위당피질격소조（9례）화대조조（15례）。비교량조환자적증상개선시간、항생소료정화질병복발솔。결과당피질격소조적증상개선시간화항생소료정균단우대조조（P＜0.05），량조간질병복발솔무현저차이（P＞0.05）。결론당피질격소능현저개선CAP증상화축단항생소료정，수요진일보학정기재CAP중적응용개치。
Objective To explore the ef ect of corticosteroids on community-acquired pneumonia.Methods 24 patients with community-acquired pneumonia were divided into the corticosteroids group (9 cases)and the control group (15 cases).The time of symptoms improvement,the duration of antibiotics and the relapse rate were analyzed.Results Corticosteroids significantly improved the symptoms and reduced the duration of antibiotics therapy(P<0.05).There were no significant dif erences about relapse between the corticosteroids group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Corticosteroids could improve the symptoms and reduce the duration of antibiotics therapy.Further studies are needed to validate the role of corticosteroids in community-acquired pneumonia.
