目的：调查老年单纯性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者心理状况及康复状况，并探讨功能锻炼对其康复状况的影响。方法选取我院92例老年单纯性胸腰椎骨折患者，应用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）调查患者心理状况，应用胸腰椎JOA评分调查患者康复状况。结果老年单纯性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者伤后焦虑发生率为42.39%，抑郁发生率为28.26%，JOA评分为5～27（17.72±2.32）分，功能锻炼组与非功能锻炼组比较，其JOA评分差异具有统计学意义。结论老年单纯性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者伤后焦虑、抑郁发生率高，应引起医护人员重视；老年单纯性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者康复状况不理想，是否坚持功能锻炼是受伤椎体功能恢复好坏的关键。

목적：조사노년단순성흉요추압축성골절환자심리상황급강복상황，병탐토공능단련대기강복상황적영향。방법선취아원92례노년단순성흉요추골절환자，응용초필자평량표（SAS）화억욱자평량표（SDS）조사환자심리상황，응용흉요추JOA평분조사환자강복상황。결과노년단순성흉요추압축성골절환자상후초필발생솔위42.39%，억욱발생솔위28.26%，JOA평분위5～27（17.72±2.32）분，공능단련조여비공능단련조비교，기JOA평분차이구유통계학의의。결론노년단순성흉요추압축성골절환자상후초필、억욱발생솔고，응인기의호인원중시；노년단순성흉요추압축성골절환자강복상황불이상，시부견지공능단련시수상추체공능회복호배적관건。
Objective To investigate the thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures in elderly patients with psychological status of the patients and recovery, and to explore the ef ect of functional exercise on the rehabilitation of. Methods 92 patients of thoracolumbar fracture patients, Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) investigation of the psychological status of patients with thoracolumbar, application of JOA score in patients with rehabilitation status. Results In elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures after injury incidence of anxiety was 42.39%, the incidence of depression was 28.26%, JOA was 5~27 (17.72 ± 2.32)%, compared with functional exercise group and non functional exercise group, the JOA score dif erence has statistics significance. Conclusion In elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture of anxiety, a high incidence of depression after injury, should arouse the at ention of medical personnel; senile simple compression fracture of thoracolumbar vertebra rehabilitation status of patients is not ideal, whether to adhere to the functional exercise is the key to the functional recovery of the injured vertebral body quality.
