据WHO国际肿瘤研究理事会负责人Dr. Bernard Stewart报道,到2020年全球肿瘤发病率将上升50%达到每年1500万,可见肿瘤的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势。其中,肺癌的发病率仍位列首位,乳腺癌、食管癌等胸部肿瘤的发病率也较高,但是随着放化疗(放射治疗、化学药物治疗)技术水平的不断提高,肿瘤患者的生存期得以不同程度的延长。心脏曾被认为是对辐射的耐受性相对较高的器官,但是由于其所在位置的特殊性,在放疗的过程中很难避接受到照射;此外,化疗对心脏的损害、尤其是对心肌损害,也越来越多的受到了医学界的广泛关注。本文综述了胸部放化疗所致心肌损害的病理和临床表现以及预防保护的方法。

According to the WHO International Cancer Research Council leader Dr. Bernard Stewart reported that by 2020 the global cancer incidence would be increased by 50 percent to 15 mil ion per year, showing that the incidence of tumors showed an increasing trend. Among them, the incidence of lung cancer is stil ranked first, breast cancer, esophageal cancer and other malignant tumor of chest was also higher, but with chemotherapy (drug radiotherapy, chemotherapy) technology level unceasing enhancement, the survival period can be prolonged to varying degrees.
