航空发动机装配过程中叶尖间隙的快速、高精度测量,对后期整机试验的技术参数和工作效率有很大的影响。针对这一测量需求,利用标靶标定原理、图像超分辨率重构技术、图像去噪和边缘检测算法,通过三轴精密位移机构、工业摄像机、计算机视觉库等工具,设计了一套叶尖间隙影像测量系统,实现叶尖间隙的非接触、高精度、快速测量。实验结果表明该测量系统可靠性好、稳定性强,测量精度达到0.015 mm。
航空髮動機裝配過程中葉尖間隙的快速、高精度測量,對後期整機試驗的技術參數和工作效率有很大的影響。針對這一測量需求,利用標靶標定原理、圖像超分辨率重構技術、圖像去譟和邊緣檢測算法,通過三軸精密位移機構、工業攝像機、計算機視覺庫等工具,設計瞭一套葉尖間隙影像測量繫統,實現葉尖間隙的非接觸、高精度、快速測量。實驗結果錶明該測量繫統可靠性好、穩定性彊,測量精度達到0.015 mm。
항공발동궤장배과정중협첨간극적쾌속、고정도측량,대후기정궤시험적기술삼수화공작효솔유흔대적영향。침대저일측량수구,이용표파표정원리、도상초분변솔중구기술、도상거조화변연검측산법,통과삼축정밀위이궤구、공업섭상궤、계산궤시각고등공구,설계료일투협첨간극영상측량계통,실현협첨간극적비접촉、고정도、쾌속측량。실험결과표명해측량계통가고성호、은정성강,측량정도체도0.015 mm。
The rapid and high precision measurement of tip clearance while aircraft engine assembling , has a great influence on the technical parameters and work efficiency of the late overall test .Aiming at such requirement , based on target calibration principle , image super-resolution reconstruction technique , Im-age denoising and edge detection algorithm , through the precision traxial displacement mechanism , indus-trial camera , open source computer vision library and so on , a set of image measurement system was de-signed for tip clearance , achieve the following functions that the non -contact , high precision and fast measurement of tip clearcance .Experiment result shows that the system which accuracy reachs to 0.015 mm is with high reliability and strong stability .
