With the improvement of people's living standard, it has higher demand for the quality of food, such as fruit and vegetable, meat and eggs. The paper analyzes the concepts and characteristics of cold chain logistics, the necessity of developping cold chain logistics, the condition of cold chain logistics and the problems of cold chain logistics being faced, and finally explores the countermeasures for developing cold chain logistics.
