This article is based on "innovation chain" perspective, from the knowledge innovation, technology innovation, system innovation and industrial innovation four components collaborate to create an independent innovation model and operation mechanism of the high-tech zone for an innovative economy. Finally, it takes the high-tech zone of Zhenjiang city as an example to exploratory analysis, so as to provide reference value for the transformation of all high-tech development.
