以拆解与未拆解电子元器件的废旧印刷线路板为对象,研究电子元器件对细菌浸出废旧印刷线路板金属铜的影响。分析发现,未拆解电子元器件的印刷线路板在加酸有菌浸出时铜的浸出率为95.8%;而经过拆解处理后,是否加酸对细菌浸出线路板无明显影响,铜的浸出率在加酸与未加酸下分别为97.1%与92.5%,拆解电子元器件的线路板比未拆解线路板更易浸出,通过加入稀硫酸,能使未拆解线路板铜浸提达到较好的效果。
以拆解與未拆解電子元器件的廢舊印刷線路闆為對象,研究電子元器件對細菌浸齣廢舊印刷線路闆金屬銅的影響。分析髮現,未拆解電子元器件的印刷線路闆在加痠有菌浸齣時銅的浸齣率為95.8%;而經過拆解處理後,是否加痠對細菌浸齣線路闆無明顯影響,銅的浸齣率在加痠與未加痠下分彆為97.1%與92.5%,拆解電子元器件的線路闆比未拆解線路闆更易浸齣,通過加入稀硫痠,能使未拆解線路闆銅浸提達到較好的效果。

Effect of electronic components on copper recovery from waste printed circuit boards ( WPCBs) by Thiobacillus ferrooxidans was investigated .Copper recovery of WPCBs without dismantling electronic components reached at 95.8%by bioleaching using Thiobacillus ferrooxidans.For WPCBs with dismant-ling electronic components , copper recovery would not be affected by adding acid .Copper recovery reached at 97 .1%by adding acid and copper recovery reached at 92 .5% without adding acid .The re-sults indicate that copper of WPCBs with dismantling electronic components is easier to leach than WPCBs without dismantling electronic components .Copper recovery can significantly increase by adding dilute sulphuric acid .
