在原有惰性点理论静力分析的基础上，结合Kirchhoff薄板运动微分方程，就Winkler地基上的刚性水泥混凝土道面板在移动荷载作用下，文章对惰性点存在性进行了研究，同时分析了刚性水泥混凝土道面板惰性点在移动荷载作用下受车辆速度、面板厚度、泊松比、密度和地基阻尼等因素的影响规律。研究结果表明：在移动荷载作用下，刚性水泥混凝土道面结构存在惰性点，并且此惰性点受车辆速度、板厚影响较大，而板的泊松比、密度和地基阻尼对惰性点影响较小，可以忽略不计。移动荷载下惰性点的存在性分析结果，为下一步惰性弯沉法在移动荷载下道面结构参数反演回归分析提供了基础。

Based on the static analysis of the original inertial point theory, this paper analyzes the existence of the inertial point of rigid concrete pavement on the Winkler foundation under moving load with Kirchhoff plate motion differential equations. At the same time, the effect influenced by vehicle speed, pavement thickness, Poisson's ratio, density and the foundation damping on the inertial point of the rigid cement concrete pavement under moving load was analyzed. The result showed that the inertial point of the rigid cement concrete pavement structure under moving load is existed, and the vehicle speed and the pavement thickness have a great impact on the inertial point. But the pavement Poisson’ s ratio, density and the foundation damping have a minor or negligible impact on the inertial point. The analysis result of the inertial point existence under moving load provides a basis for the pavement structure parameters back-calculation research of the inertial deflection method based on moving load.
