目前,国有企业纪检监察队伍在人员配备、业务能力以及观念作风方面都存在问题,其原因主要是对纪检监察工作认识不足、有针对性的监察培训欠缺以及纪检干部自身要求不严。因此应从严把入口关、加强培养、理顺关系、个人自律几个方面采取措施予以解决。
目前,國有企業紀檢鑑察隊伍在人員配備、業務能力以及觀唸作風方麵都存在問題,其原因主要是對紀檢鑑察工作認識不足、有針對性的鑑察培訓欠缺以及紀檢榦部自身要求不嚴。因此應從嚴把入口關、加彊培養、理順關繫、箇人自律幾箇方麵採取措施予以解決。
목전,국유기업기검감찰대오재인원배비、업무능력이급관념작풍방면도존재문제,기원인주요시대기검감찰공작인식불족、유침대성적감찰배훈흠결이급기검간부자신요구불엄。인차응종엄파입구관、가강배양、리순관계、개인자률궤개방면채취조시여이해결。
Problems exist in staffing, professional competence, outlook, and professional commitment of SOEs’ discipline inspection and supervision teams, which is mainly due to their lack of understanding for the profession, lack of targeted training available and the less than adequate standard to which they hold themselves. Therefore to improve the situation, measures must be taken to raise enrollment standards, strengthen training, straighten out relations, and enhance personal discipline.
