信息化时代新媒体的开放性、全球化背景下西方意识形态的渗透性、市场化环境下社会转型问题的复杂性和主体价值判断能力的薄弱性，呼唤着大学生培育明辨意识和提升明辨能力。增强价值判断力，是培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的基础性工程。大学生要立足于“学、思、行”，在明辨是非中选准未来的方向，在正确抉择中走向人生的正道。

The openness of new media in the information age, the influence of western culture under the globalization, the complexity of the problems emerged in the social transformation and the poor judgment of the individuals are all the reasons to demand the cultivation and improvement of college students ’ discernment. To improve the students’ judgment is the basic project of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values. College students are supposed to be keen to learn , be reflective and practice diligently to distinguish right from wrong, thus to make right choices in their life path.
