围绕军事技术哲学学科建制化“是什么”“为什么”“怎么办”3个方面的基本问题，在分析相关研究成果的基础上，界定了军事技术哲学学科建制化的基本概念、主要内容和建设目标，指出了实现学科建制化是更好地发挥军事技术哲学的指导、探索和反思功能的客观需要，提出了实现军事技术学科建制化需要走内在观念建制化与外在社会建制化相结合、权威系统驱动与权力系统驱动模式相结合、强化问题取向意识与强化学科意识相结合之路。

The paper has correlation with the operating of discipline’s function,with the develop-ment of the discipline.Surrounding three basic issues,‘what’,‘why ’and ‘how’about the disci-pline-institutionalization of military technology philosophy.Based on the analysis on related research work,the article puts forward basic definitions,main contents and the construction targets about the discipline-institutionalization of military technology philosophy.It generalizes that,to realize the dis-cipline-institutionalization would be an inherent need to the function of military technology philosophy on directing,exploring and reflection more smoothly.Furthermore,the article puts out the realizing approach of the discipline-institutionalization that would be three combinings,combing the institu-tionalization of inner conception and the outer society,combing the authority driving and power driv-ing,combing the emphasis on problem-oriented consciousness and the emphasis on discipline-oriented consciousness.
