美国天基红外系统静止轨道预警(space based infrared system-geostationary early warning orbit)卫星是反导体系中探测导弹助推段的早期预警卫星,将逐步替代其国防支援计划(defense support program,DSP)静止轨道预警卫星,并为反导提供更多的准备时间和更高的拦截精度。对比分析了 SBIRS-GEO 卫星相对DSP卫星的先进技术,细化了该卫星的常规工作流程和超常规工作流程,并且对预警卫星探测基准---信噪比阈值进行了研究,在仿真的基础上提出了预警卫星信噪比阈值设定准则。

The spaced infrared system of the US is designed for early-warning of the active part of ballistic missile.It will substitute for the DSP and the space based infrared system-geostationary orbit (SBIRS-GEO )satellite will reduce much more time for detecting the ballistic missile,though there is much more time for the commander and antimissile.In addition,the detecting result of the SBIRS-GEO satellite possesses much more precision.In this paper,the much more advanced technology of the SBIRS-GEO satellite than the DSP satellite has been analyzed and summarized firstly.Secondly, the custom workflow and unconventional workflow of the SBIRS-GEO satellite are constructed,and the signal-to-noise ratio threshold is researched based on the workflow,which is the standard of warn-ing satellite.Finally,the discipline for setting the signal-to-noise ratio threshold is summarized on the basis of simulation.
