文章通过调查分析,研究了4R教学模式和传统教学模式对航海院校“防海盗”校本课程教学效果的影响。研究结果表明,采用新教学模式的效果更为明显,学生在危机处理能力、心理抗压水平、团队协作等方面具有明显的改善,并且测试前后的数据间存在显著差异性。

This article makes a contrast on the influences of the Four-R teaching model and the traditional teaching model upon the anti-piracy school curriculum in maritime colleges, the results of which indicate that the adoption of the new teaching model has produced the desired effects. Remarkable improvements have been achieved in students’crisis handling, stress response as well as team cooperation. In addition, there exist signifi-cant differences between the data before testing and after testing.
