目的：探讨超声评分评估急性胰腺炎严重程度的价值。方法：回顾性分析116例重型急性胰腺炎患者的超声声像图，按各种征象存在与否予以评分并分组，并将结果与临床资料作对照研究。结果：平均住院天数、手术例数随超声评分增高而呈增长，超声评分≥9分组病死率及手术率明显高于其他3组(P＜0.05)；超声评分≥6分为重症。结论：应用超声评分法评估急性胰腺炎严重程度，快速简便、准确性较高。
목적：탐토초성평분평고급성이선염엄중정도적개치。방법：회고성분석116례중형급성이선염환자적초성성상도，안각충정상존재여부여이평분병분조，병장결과여림상자료작대조연구。결과：평균주원천수、수술례수수초성평분증고이정증장，초성평분≥9분조병사솔급수술솔명현고우기타3조(P＜0.05)；초성평분≥6분위중증。결론：응용초성평분법평고급성이선염엄중정도，쾌속간편、준학성교고。
Objective To explore the applicative value of ultrasonic score in diagnosing the severity of se-vere acute pancreatitis. Methods Ultrasound finding data of 116 cases of severe acute pancreatitis in our hos-pital was studied. According to ultrasound findings, each case was given a mark based on the degree of the imag-ing changes and was classified into groups according to the score. Comparative study was done between the ultra-sonic scores and clinical data. Results Mean length of hospitalization and operation number were increasing with higher ultrasonic score. The fatality rate and operability in groups (≥9 score) were higher than those in oth-er groups . The ultrasonic score was related to the severity of acute pancreatitis based on ≥6 score as a criteri-on. Conclusion Ultrasonic score method is quick and accurate in evaluating the severity of acute pancreatitis.
