采用LI-COR公司生产的LI-8100土壤碳通量测量系统,测定了广西桉树萌芽林土壤呼吸昼夜变化特征。结果表明,桉树萌芽林土壤呼吸速率昼夜变化明显,基本为单峰型曲线,呼吸速率最强时间出现在下午或傍晚,在14:00-18:00之间,呼吸速率最弱时间出现在凌晨3:00-6:00之间;夏季的土壤呼吸速率明显高于冬季;在一个昼夜间桉树萌芽林土壤呼吸速率随10 cm土壤温度的升高而增强,不同的季节范围内土壤呼吸速率也随土壤温度的升高而增加,土壤呼吸速率与10 cm土壤温度呈指数相关关系或线性相关关系;桉树萌芽林10 cm土壤含水率对土壤呼吸速率无明显影响。

Soil carbon flux measurements were undertaken using a LI-COR LI-8100 device to measure soil respiration in coppicedEucalyptus plantations in Guangxi. The results showed that there were significant variations in the soil respiration rates underEucalyptus coppice plantations during a single day and between days. Soil respiration rates showed a single peak with the maximum respiration rates appearing during the period 14:00 to 18:00 pm, and the minimum appearing during the period 3:00 to 6:00 am. Respiration rates were higher in summer than in winter. The respiration rates increased with increased soil temperatures at 10 cm depth. The soil respiration rates also increased with increased soil temperatures at 10 cm depth in different seasons. The respiration rates exhibited exponential relationships or linear relationships with the soil temperature at 10 cm depth. Soil moisture at 10cm depth had little influence on soil respiration rate.
