为探讨Cole-Cole方程8个参数(Δε1,Δε2,εh,κl, f1, f2,β1,β2)对细胞介电频谱的影响,采用改变单个参数,固定其他参数的方法,观察介电频谱的变化。结果显示:Δε1影响低频介电频谱和Cole-Cole(ε′)图;Δε2影响高频介电频谱、Cole-Cole(ε′)图和 Cole-Cole(κ′)图;εh 影响ε′(f )、Cole-Cole(ε′)图和tgδ(f );κl对κ′(f )和Cole-Cole(κ′)图有影响;f1影响低频介电频谱;f2影响高频介电频谱;β1影响Cole-Cole(ε′)和tgδ(f );β2对高频介电频谱有影响。可见Cole-Cole方程作为细胞介电频谱的数学模型,其参数变化有规律可循。

In order to investigate the effect of the eight parameters (Δε1,Δε2,εh,κl, f1, f2,β1,β2) of the Cole-Cole formula on the dielectric spectrum of cell, the changing behaviors of the dielectric spectrum are observed as one parameter varies while the other parameters are fixed. Found from the results are that the parameterΔε1 mainly affects the low-frequency dielectric parameters and the Cole-Cole(ε′) plot. The parameterΔε2 has some effects mainly on the high-frequency dielectric parameters and the Cole-Cole(ε′) plot as well as the Cole-Cole(κ′) plot. The ε′(f ), Cole-Cole(ε′) plot and tgδ(f ) are determined principally by the parameter εh. The parameter κl influences theκ′(f ) and Cole-Cole(κ′) plot. The low-frequency dielectric spectra is mainly determined by the first frequency f1. The second frequency f2 affects the high-frequency dielectric spectra. The Cole-Cole(ε′) plot and tgδ(f ) are mainly induced by the parameter β1. Changing the value of β2 will lead to the changes in the high-frequency dielectric spectra. It is obvious that the Cole-Cole equation can be regarded as the mathematical model of the dielectric spectra of cell, and the variation of its parameters observes specific rules.
