以临床关于骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)诊断的困惑为出发点，对各种病态造血的形态学特征进行了系统的整理，并将其针对不同血液系统疾病的诊断价值和预后评估作用作了全面的总结，以期为临床上凭借病态造血形态学诊断、分析和评估疾病预后提供参考。
以臨床關于骨髓增生異常綜閤徵(MDS)診斷的睏惑為齣髮點，對各種病態造血的形態學特徵進行瞭繫統的整理，併將其針對不同血液繫統疾病的診斷價值和預後評估作用作瞭全麵的總結，以期為臨床上憑藉病態造血形態學診斷、分析和評估疾病預後提供參攷。

This review is conducted on the basis of perplexity of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS)’s clinical diagnosis. It summarizes the morphological features of all types of dyshaematopoiesis systematically, and comes to a comprehensive conclusion about the diagnostic and prognostic value of dyshaematopoiesis for different hematological diseases. It is expected to help the doctors to diagnose, analyze and evaluate the prognosis of disease using the morphology of dyshaematopoiesis.
