为准确配置独立型微电网容量,针对独立型风光柴储发电系统,给出一种以供电可靠性为约束,以系统全寿命周期成本净现值为目标函数的分布式发电单元容量优化方法。利用 NASA气象网站的风速和日照辐射资料,生成单位容量风光电源的年度出力曲线;根据各分布式电源的寿命和购置运行维护成本,建立了微电网系统寿命周期内各分布式电源的成本净现值计算模型。在实例分析中,针对2种不同的负荷曲线,通过遗传算法求解,验证了该方法的有效性和正确性。

In order to configure accurately the capacity of island microgrid, a method of distributed generation unit capacity optimization is given with the constraint of power supply reliability and life cycle cost NPC as the objective function, which aim at constructing the wind-photovoltaic-diesel-storage power generation system. Using the wind speed and sunshine radiation data of NASA’s meteorological sites, an annual output curve of unit capacity wind-photovoltaic power supply is obtained, and each distributed generation unit cost NPC in the microgrid system lifetime is calculated according to theirs life and running maintenance costs. In the case analysis, in view of two different kinds of load curves, a genetic algorithm to solve the equation is used, and the proposed method and its practicality are validated.
