To achieve the "two first" development goals ,Dongying must focus on the transformation of the development mode ,and optimize the industrial structure .The advertising industry has become the inevitable choice and appropriate break-through .Dongying advertising industry is still in the initial stage ,the delta of the Yellow River Advertising Industry Park can act as an important carrier and platform to promote its development .To build it the leading drive in the development of adver-tising industry in the Yellow River Delta ,high standard ,high starting point planning must be emphasized and the regional cul-tural characteristics must be demonstrated .
