수착농민공시민화진정적불단심입，농민공적정신수구일익현현。방조타문융입열독형사회，실현기가지속발전，시당전급수해결적중요문제，야시제고서안성시응취력적유효방법。
As more and more rural migrant workers came and lived in big cities,the urbanization scheme help to create a much more convenient living environment for them.However,the demand of spir-itual civilization among migrant workers is a new problem showing up.This thesis talked about how to help them to grow a reading habit.It also researched the way of sustainable development of migrant work-ers'life.The conclusion shows that these improvement suggestions would also increase cohesion power of Xi'an citizens.
