地处河湟一带的化隆，处于隋帝国的边缘，即中原政权与非汉民族政权的争夺对峙地带。《刘君墓志》是反映隋朝对青海化隆经营的一方墓志资料。本文对墓志涉及的刘政家世、仕途经历、归葬等文化现象进行考察，从个案的角度反映了隋朝中央政府对河湟地区治理的情况，以及中原文化在西北边疆地带的传播与交流。

Hualong is located in Hehuang area,on the brink of Sui Empire,namely the region of con-frontation between central regime and the Non-Han ethnic group.The Liuzheng's epitaph reflects Sui Dy-nasty's governance of Hualong in Qinghai.The article inspected Liuzheng's family,career experience,the cultural phenomenon of Guizang by studying his epitaph.It reflects the governance situation of the central government of Sui Dynasty in Hehuang area,and further understands the spread of central plains culture in the northwest frontier from the perspective of the case of epitaph.
