为研究复方中药“猪孕散”的使用安全性及治疗母猪慢性子宫内膜炎的效果，试验首先选（20±2） g小白鼠40只，随机分为4组，雌雄各半，每组5个重复，每个重复2只，药物高、中、低剂量组小白鼠分别按0.4 mL/10 g、0.3 mL/10 g和0.2 mL/10 g体重灌服中药“猪孕散”，空白对照组小白鼠按0.4 mL/10 g体重灌服生理盐水，进行中药“猪孕散”安全性试验；再选临床上2个以上情期内配种不孕的卡他性、卡他性脓性和脓性慢性子宫内膜炎经产杜洛克母猪138头，随机分为猪孕散治疗组（61头）、西药洗宫治疗组（34头）、猪孕散配合洗宫治疗组（32头）、阳性对照组（11头）。猪孕散治疗组每日口服“猪孕散”100 g，连用2 d，并在第3天配种前口服“猪孕散”150 g。西药洗宫治疗组，用0.1%高锰酸钾1000 mL冲洗子宫，然后再用青霉素240万U、链霉素100万U、生理盐水100 mL，混合后注入子宫内，每日1次，连用3 d。猪孕散配合洗宫治疗组，每日口服“猪孕散”100 g，同时用0.1%高锰酸钾1000 mL冲洗子宫，然后再用青霉素240万U、链霉素100万U、生理盐水100 mL，混合后注入子宫内，连用2 d，并在第3天配种前口服“猪孕散”150 g。阳性对照（不治疗）组不添加任何药物，进行中药“猪孕散”的临床治疗试验。结果表明：复方中药“猪孕散”在治疗中无应激、无抗药性、无激素困惑、无毒副作用和不良反应，安全可靠，而且母猪在妊娠期也可使用；中药“猪孕散”治疗母猪慢性子宫内膜炎平均有效率为88.5%，比阳性对照组高79.5个百分点（P＜0.01），比西药洗宫治疗组高67.5个百分点（P＜0.01）。复方中药“猪孕散”使用安全性高，对治疗母猪慢性子宫内膜炎、提高受胎率有良好效果，并对受胎母猪有明显预防早期流产的作用，是治疗母猪子宫内膜炎引起不孕的一个好方法。

위연구복방중약“저잉산”적사용안전성급치료모저만성자궁내막염적효과，시험수선선（20±2） g소백서40지，수궤분위4조，자웅각반，매조5개중복，매개중복2지，약물고、중、저제량조소백서분별안0.4 mL/10 g、0.3 mL/10 g화0.2 mL/10 g체중관복중약“저잉산”，공백대조조소백서안0.4 mL/10 g체중관복생리염수，진행중약“저잉산”안전성시험；재선림상상2개이상정기내배충불잉적잡타성、잡타성농성화농성만성자궁내막염경산두락극모저138두，수궤분위저잉산치료조（61두）、서약세궁치료조（34두）、저잉산배합세궁치료조（32두）、양성대조조（11두）。저잉산치료조매일구복“저잉산”100 g，련용2 d，병재제3천배충전구복“저잉산”150 g。서약세궁치료조，용0.1%고맹산갑1000 mL충세자궁，연후재용청매소240만U、련매소100만U、생리염수100 mL，혼합후주입자궁내，매일1차，련용3 d。저잉산배합세궁치료조，매일구복“저잉산”100 g，동시용0.1%고맹산갑1000 mL충세자궁，연후재용청매소240만U、련매소100만U、생리염수100 mL，혼합후주입자궁내，련용2 d，병재제3천배충전구복“저잉산”150 g。양성대조（불치료）조불첨가임하약물，진행중약“저잉산”적림상치료시험。결과표명：복방중약“저잉산”재치료중무응격、무항약성、무격소곤혹、무독부작용화불량반응，안전가고，이차모저재임신기야가사용；중약“저잉산”치료모저만성자궁내막염평균유효솔위88.5%，비양성대조조고79.5개백분점（P＜0.01），비서약세궁치료조고67.5개백분점（P＜0.01）。복방중약“저잉산”사용안전성고，대치료모저만성자궁내막염、제고수태솔유량호효과，병대수태모저유명현예방조기유산적작용，시치료모저자궁내막염인기불잉적일개호방법。
