目的:研究醒脑益智胶囊对乙醇致小鼠记忆再现障碍模型的影响。方法:60只昆明种小鼠随机分为空白对照组,模型组,阳性对照组(石杉碱甲),醒脑益智胶囊高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。灌胃40%乙醇复制小鼠记忆再现障碍模型,跳台试验和避暗试验测定学习记忆能力,同时测定脑组织中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:与模型组比较,醒脑益智胶囊高剂量组能延长小鼠潜伏期,减少5 min内错误次数,提高SOD活力,降低MDA的含量,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑益智胶囊有促进记忆和改善乙醇致小鼠记忆再现障碍的作用。

목적:연구성뇌익지효낭대을순치소서기억재현장애모형적영향。방법:60지곤명충소서수궤분위공백대조조,모형조,양성대조조(석삼감갑),성뇌익지효낭고、중、저제량조,매조10지。관위40%을순복제소서기억재현장애모형,도태시험화피암시험측정학습기억능력,동시측정뇌조직중초양화물기화매(SOD)활력화병이철(MDA)적함량。결과:여모형조비교,성뇌익지효낭고제량조능연장소서잠복기,감소5 min내착오차수,제고SOD활력,강저MDA적함량,유현저성차이(P<0.05)。결론:성뇌익지효낭유촉진기억화개선을순치소서기억재현장애적작용。
Objective:To study the effects of Xingnao Yizhi capsule on ethology and superoxide dismu tase (SOD),malonaldehyde (MDA) in brain tissue of dysmnesia mice induced by ethanol. Methods:Sixty Kunming mice were divided into normal control group,model group,Huperzine-A group,Xingnao Yizhi cap-sule of high dose group,middle dose group and low dose group. There were 10 mice in each group. The memory reproduction disorders model was induced by given 40% ethanol through intragastric administration. Learning and memoring ability of various group rats were assessed with step-through test and step-down test. The content of MDA,activity of SOD in brain tissue were detected. Results:Compared with model group, Xingnao Yizhi capsule of high dose group prolonged the latency periods of memory ,significantly reduced the error times within 5 minutes(P<0.05),increased the activity of SOD and decreased the content of MDA in brain tissue(P<0.05). Conclusion:Xingnao Yizhi capsule has effects on consolidating learning and memoriz-ing ability of dysmnesia mice induced by ethanol.
