心电图操作和诊断是住院医师规范化培训中重点考核的技能之一。针对该技能学科要求特殊和学习安排时间较短的情况，我科在住院医师心电图带教中充分利用带教老师和大量实践资源，注重心电图理论和操作技能的学习，以心电图诊断为重点，加强一对一带教，取得了良好的效果。

The operation and diagnosis of ECG is one of the important skills to be examined in resident physicians' standardized training program.Due to the special requirements of the skill and tight training schedule,our department took full advantages of teachers and abundant practical re-sources,and laid emphasis on ECG theory plus manipulative skill in resident physicians'ECG train-ing program.We focused on the diagnosis of ECG,strengthened one-to-one teaching,and thus achieved success in the training.
