随着虚拟现实技术的发展,织物的三维数字化越来越被业界所关注。如何实现对织物的快速、低成本、高精度数字化已成为该领域当前的一个热点问题。采用光度立体法,通过采样球实例引导由被测物体上各点亮度求解出与其对应的法向量,并进而结合相关几何约束由各点法向量求解出对应的深度值。较之于传统立体视觉方法,避免了对双目图像进行立体匹配的难题。仿真和实验结果表明:该方法不仅速度快,而且重建效果较好。

With the rapid development of virtual reality ,the 3D reconstruction of fabric get more and more attention in the domain .It becomes a hot issue to digitize the fabric with a cheap ,simple ,rapid and high precision method .In this article ,a reference sphere is used with the same material packaged to directly solve the normal vector from the relative brightness of the pixel on the object based on photometric stereo ,and then the depth value is calculated with several geometrical constraints .Compared with traditional stereo vision method ,the method proposed avoids the problem of stereo matching in binocular vision .It is verified from the simulation and experiment that the method in this paper is not only faster ,but also with better results .
