以鲜果渣为基料,通过添加糖蜜、蔗糖、玉米粉等碳源,玉米浆、硫酸铵、乳清粉等氮源,白萝卜、芹菜、青椒等生长因子,进行单因素及正交试验并进行验证试验,研究对酵母菌MB菌株生长的影响,结果表明,添加糖蜜5%,玉米浆0.5%,白萝卜5%.活菌数可达1.22×108 cfu/mL .由此可见,利用果渣培养酵母菌MB确实可行.
以鮮果渣為基料,通過添加糖蜜、蔗糖、玉米粉等碳源,玉米漿、硫痠銨、乳清粉等氮源,白蘿蔔、芹菜、青椒等生長因子,進行單因素及正交試驗併進行驗證試驗,研究對酵母菌MB菌株生長的影響,結果錶明,添加糖蜜5%,玉米漿0.5%,白蘿蔔5%.活菌數可達1.22×108 cfu/mL .由此可見,利用果渣培養酵母菌MB確實可行.
이선과사위기료,통과첨가당밀、자당、옥미분등탄원,옥미장、류산안、유청분등담원,백라복、근채、청초등생장인자,진행단인소급정교시험병진행험증시험,연구대효모균MB균주생장적영향,결과표명,첨가당밀5%,옥미장0.5%,백라복5%.활균수가체1.22×108 cfu/mL .유차가견,이용과사배양효모균MB학실가행.
The experiment investigated the impact of the growth of yeast MB adding carbon source (molasses ,sucrose ,cornflour) ,nitrogen source (corn steep liquor ,ammonium sulfate , whey powder) and growth factor (radish ,celery ,green pepper)in the fresh pomace and using the methods of mono-factor experiment ,orthogonal tests and verification test .The optimum conditions were found that 5% of molasses ,0 .5% corn steep liquor ,5% of radish made the number of viable cells reach to 1 .22 × 108 cfu/mL .So it is feasible to culture yeast bacteria MB using pomace.
