以油酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺、过氧化氢为原料制备出油酸酰胺丙基二甲基氧化叔胺(OADO)稠化剂.研究了冰乙酸、氯化铵添加量对OADO稠化性能的影响,检测了压裂液的耐温性、耐剪切性、悬砂性、耐酸碱性和破胶性.结果表明,m(氯化铵)∶ m(冰乙酸)∶ m(OADO )∶ m(水)为0.5∶1∶1.5∶100时,压裂液pH值为6.0,粘度可达到82 mPa · s ,70℃时可有效悬砂,剪切60 min后粘度仍大于25 m Pa · s ,当压裂液中煤油含量大于0.8%时,120 min内可完全破胶.
以油痠酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺、過氧化氫為原料製備齣油痠酰胺丙基二甲基氧化叔胺(OADO)稠化劑.研究瞭冰乙痠、氯化銨添加量對OADO稠化性能的影響,檢測瞭壓裂液的耐溫性、耐剪切性、懸砂性、耐痠堿性和破膠性.結果錶明,m(氯化銨)∶ m(冰乙痠)∶ m(OADO )∶ m(水)為0.5∶1∶1.5∶100時,壓裂液pH值為6.0,粘度可達到82 mPa · s ,70℃時可有效懸砂,剪切60 min後粘度仍大于25 m Pa · s ,噹壓裂液中煤油含量大于0.8%時,120 min內可完全破膠.
이유산선알병기이갑기숙알、과양화경위원료제비출유산선알병기이갑기양화숙알(OADO)주화제.연구료빙을산、록화안첨가량대OADO주화성능적영향,검측료압렬액적내온성、내전절성、현사성、내산감성화파효성.결과표명,m(록화안)∶ m(빙을산)∶ m(OADO )∶ m(수)위0.5∶1∶1.5∶100시,압렬액pH치위6.0,점도가체도82 mPa · s ,70℃시가유효현사,전절60 min후점도잉대우25 m Pa · s ,당압렬액중매유함량대우0.8%시,120 min내가완전파효.
The thickener of oleic amidopropyl dimethyl amine oxide (OADO) was prepared by oleic amidopropyl dimethylamine and hydrogen peroxide .T he influences of the addition of acetic acid and ammonium chloride on the thickening property of OADO were studied .Mean-w hile ,the temperature resistance ,shearing resistance ,suspended sand performance ,acid and alkaline resistance and gel breaking property of fracturing fluid were also studied .The results show that the pH value of clean fracturing fluid was 6 .0 and the viscosity can reach 82 mPa · s when ammonium chlorid ,acetic acid ,OADO and water were mixed at the mass ratio of 0 .5∶1∶1 .5∶100 .T he clean fracturing fluid can suspend sand effectively at 70 ℃ and the viscosity still exceeded 25 mPa · s after shearing for 60 minutes .The fracturing fluid can break completely within 2 h when the concention of kerosene was above 0 .8% (wt .% ) .
