以碳排放成本最低为目标,考虑政府分配、市场交易以及投资减排3种碳排放权来源,建立企业减排优化模型,求解企业在单周期、给定碳排放约束下的最优减排策略,从而实现企业利润最大化。

Aiming at the lowest cost of carbon reduction , carbon reduction optimization model was established while three kinds of carbon emission rights including government allocation , market trading as well as carbon reduction investment were con-sidered.The model was used to find the optimal carbon reduction strategies under carbon emission constraints and achieve the lowest cost of carbon emissions in one cycle .The optimal carbon reduction and production strategies were proposed to achieve the maximum profits .
