采用基于产出导向的规模收益可变的DEA模型分析了16家商业银行2005-2009年的技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率和各效率的变化情况，并对国有银行与非国有商业银行进行了比较，得出国有银行规模效率低，而非国有银行纯技术效率低的结论。在对银行效率影响因素的回归分析中发现产权结构会影响规模效率，发展创新能力对银行纯技术效率有正向的影响，并给出了改善银行效率的建议。

The technical efficiency , pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of 16 commercial banks in 2005 ~2009 were investigated using output -oriented DEA model with variable returns .And those of state-owned banks were compared with those of non-state-owned banks .It shows that state -owned banks'scale efficiency is lower than that of non -state-owned banks while non -state-owned banks have a lower pure technical efficiency .The regression analysis of banks'efficiency illustra-ted that property structure can influence scale efficiency and development ability makes positive influence to pure technical effi -ciency.Some suggestions were then put forward .
