针对某车型的不锈钢管式催化转化器在实验过程中出现断裂的情况,对管式催化转化器进行冷模态分析和热模态分析,判断其断裂原因,通过分析计算结果对催化转化器进行结构上的改进,提出改进方案,利用有限元分析来验证改进方案的合理性,分析对比得到最终解决方案,实验结果验证了方案的可行性。
針對某車型的不鏽鋼管式催化轉化器在實驗過程中齣現斷裂的情況,對管式催化轉化器進行冷模態分析和熱模態分析,判斷其斷裂原因,通過分析計算結果對催化轉化器進行結構上的改進,提齣改進方案,利用有限元分析來驗證改進方案的閤理性,分析對比得到最終解決方案,實驗結果驗證瞭方案的可行性。

For the case that the stainless steel manifold catalytic converter of a certain car breaks in the experimental process , cold and hot modal analysis were conducted to determine the fracture causes .Several programs based on the results of the analysis were put forward to improve the structure .The reasonableness of the program was verified by finite element analysis .The final solu-tion was obtained by comparison and analysis .And finally the feasibility of the final program was proved by experiment .
