The components of the technological lubrication system and the situation of the system after commissioning applied onto the finishing mill train of the 2150 production line in An-gang are introduced. The system is further improved with regard to the troubles occurred during commissioning. The system operates more smoothly after taking such improvement measures as op-timizing the time sequence of hot oil spray, adjusting the flow rate and water pressure and keeping the system maintenance periodically, and as a result the surface condition and the abrasion of the rolls are in the desired state and the service cycle of the rolls can reach over 70 km.
