针对鞍钢股份有限公司冷轧厂5#热镀锌线锌层厚度偏差过大及成材率低的问题,提出了一种镀层厚度自动控制系统的设计方法。采用 LabVIEW 软件开发锌层厚度自动控制程序,应用 OPC 技术实现镀层厚度自动控制系统与气刀 PLC 之间的数据通讯,通过调节气刀压力和位置等实现镀层厚度控制。该系统投入运行后,产品镀层厚度精度和成材率大幅提高。

Against the problems of large deviation in coating thickness and low production yield for No.5 hot-dip galvanizing line in Cold Rolled Mill of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., the design method for automatic system for controlling the coating thickness is proposed. The automatic control program for the coating thickness is developed based on LabVIEW software, which can be communicated with the air knife PLC by using OPC technique and therefore the coating thickness can be controlled by adjusting the pressure and the position of the air knife. After the automatic control system for the coating thickness is put into operation, the accuracy of the coating thickness and product yield are increased significantly.
