通过在 LF 炉采用 Ti-Mg 复合脱氧的方法,对工业条件下氧化物的长大趋势及对晶内铁素体的诱导析出作用进行了研究。结果表明,在 Ti-Mg 复合脱氧后的1~9 min 内,钢中氧化物数量由4.42×104个/cm2下降为3.21×104个/cm2,氧化物平均尺寸由1.5μm 增至2.30μm。以氧化物作为形核核心形成晶内铁素体。Al 加入钢液中,Ti、Mg 含量迅速降低,氧化物数量减少,尺寸增大,氧化物周围没有晶内诱导铁素体产生。

The growth tendency of oxides under industrial conditions and the precipitation-inducing effect of this tendency on intragranular acicular ferrites(IAFs) are studied by using Ti-Mg combined deoxidation method in LF. Test results show that the quantity of oxides in molten steel decreases from 4.42 ×104 /cm2 to 3.21 ×104 /cm2 within 9 minutes by using Ti -Mg combined deoxidation method and the average size of oxides increases from 1.5 μm to 2.30 μm. Finally the intragranular acicular ferrites can be formed as the nucleation core of the oxides. When adding Al into molten steel, the content of Ti or Mg decreases rapidly, while the quantity of oxides decreases, but their size increases and the induced ferrite is not formed around oxides.
