电能质量监测系统主要由主站、监测终端、网络三大部分组成,监测系统的性能是否稳定和满足精度要求主要体现于数量众多的监测终端,其采集精度,通信方式,远程操控,稳定性等特征是保持整个监测系统良好运行的关键。因此,加强监测终端入网前、后的精度和通信测试尤显重要。终端的性能检测一般分为精度测试和通信测试。精度测试在实验室内进行,通信测试在实际的监测系统上实施。为了实现电能质量监测终端的精度和通信性能的同步检测,缩短检测时间,降低通信检测的危险性,提出构建一体化测试平台的设想,制订实施原则,按照模拟和仿真的要求搭建测试平台,按照测试要求对被检终端实施精度和通信性能的一体化测试。

Power quality monitoring system comprises three major parts: control center, monitoring terminal and network. Whether the performance of the monitoring system is stable or satisfies accuracy requirements can mainly be reflected by large numbers of monitoring terminals. Features like the acquisition accuracy, communication mode, remote control and stability of the monitoring terminal are the key to maintain good performance of the whole monitoring system. Therefore, it is important to strengthen accuracy test and communication test on the monitoring terminal before and after network access. The performance test of a power quality monitoring terminal is composed of two parts:accuracy test and communication test. The accuracy test is usually done in the lab, while the communication test is performed on the real monitoring system. In order to achieve the synchronized detection of both accuracy and communication test on the power quality monitoring terminal. An integrated test method is proposed as well as the practice principles, which can decrease the detection time. The test platform is actualized, and integrated test of accuracy and communication performance is implemented on the test terminal according to the test requirements.
