目的：探讨纤维连接蛋白（fibronectin，FN）表达与骨肉瘤肺转移的关系。方法36例初发骨肉瘤患者，根据患者术后标准化疗12个疗程后随访2年是否出现肺转移分为2组，每组18例，应用SP免疫组化法，检测骨肉瘤组织中的FN蛋白表达。结果转移组FN蛋白阳性率及阳性积分明显高于无转移组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论FN高表达与骨肉瘤肺转移呈正相关，检测FN蛋白表达有助于了解骨肉瘤细胞生物学行为及判断预后。
목적：탐토섬유련접단백（fibronectin，FN）표체여골육류폐전이적관계。방법36례초발골육류환자，근거환자술후표준화료12개료정후수방2년시부출현폐전이분위2조，매조18례，응용SP면역조화법，검측골육류조직중적FN단백표체。결과전이조FN단백양성솔급양성적분명현고우무전이조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론FN고표체여골육류폐전이정정상관，검측FN단백표체유조우료해골육류세포생물학행위급판단예후。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of fibronectin and pulmonary metastasis of osteosarcoma ( OS) .Methods 36 newly diagnosed patients with osteosarcoma were divided into 2 groups according to pulmonary metastasis after 12 standard chemotherapy treatment in 2 years,each with 18 cases.The expression of fibronectin in OS tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method.Results Fibronectin positive rate and positive integral were apparently higher in the pulmonary metastasis group,there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion High expression of Fi-bronectin is positively related with pulmonary metastasis .Detecting the expression of FN protein contributes to understanding of the biology behavior of OS cells and predicting of the prognosis .
