目的：探讨IL-17F、IL-17A与大肠癌发生发展的关系。方法对72例大肠癌组织中的IL-17F、IL-17A的表达水平进行免疫组化法检测，分析不同病理因素中，IL-17F、IL-17A的表达水平。结果癌组织中的IL-17F、IL-17A的表达水平均显著高于癌旁组织（P＜0．05）；多因素回归分析结果显示，IL-17F、IL-17A的表达水平与淋巴结转移、分化程度以及TNM分期有关（P＜0．05）。结论大肠癌组织中的IL-17F、IL-17A的阳性表达率高，二者的表达均与患者的淋巴结转移、大肠癌分化程度以及TNM分期有关。
목적：탐토IL-17F、IL-17A여대장암발생발전적관계。방법대72례대장암조직중적IL-17F、IL-17A적표체수평진행면역조화법검측，분석불동병리인소중，IL-17F、IL-17A적표체수평。결과암조직중적IL-17F、IL-17A적표체수평균현저고우암방조직（P＜0．05）；다인소회귀분석결과현시，IL-17F、IL-17A적표체수평여림파결전이、분화정도이급TNM분기유관（P＜0．05）。결론대장암조직중적IL-17F、IL-17A적양성표체솔고，이자적표체균여환자적림파결전이、대장암분화정도이급TNM분기유관。
Objective To explore the relationship between the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer and IL -17F and IL-17A.Methods The expression of IL-17F and IL-17A in 72 patients with colorectal cancer were detected by immuno-histochemistry,and the IL-17F and IL-17A levels were analyzed in different pathological factors .Results The expression of IL-17F and IL-17A in cancer tissues were significantly higher than that of para-neoplastic tissues(P<0.05).Multiple factors regres-sion analysis showed that the expression of IL-17F and IL-17A was associated with lymph node metastasis , differentiation and TNM stage(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rates of IL-17F and IL-17A in cancer tissues in patients with color-ectal cancer are high ,and they are associated with lymph node metastasis ,differentiation and TNM stage .
