目的：探讨乳腺癌组织及癌旁组织中CIP2 A的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法及RT-PCR，检测乳腺癌组织及癌旁组织中CIP2A表达情况，分析其与乳腺癌临床病理特点的关系。结果 CIP2A在乳腺癌组织中的表达阳性率（65．7％）高于癌旁组织（21．4％），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。 CIP2A表达与患者年龄、家族史无关，与肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移、临床分期、肿瘤细胞分化程度、有关（P＜0．05）。结论 CIP2A可能与乳腺癌的发生、发展有关。
목적：탐토유선암조직급암방조직중CIP2 A적표체급기림상의의。방법응용면역조직화학S-P법급RT-PCR，검측유선암조직급암방조직중CIP2A표체정황，분석기여유선암림상병리특점적관계。결과 CIP2A재유선암조직중적표체양성솔（65．7％）고우암방조직（21．4％），차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。 CIP2A표체여환자년령、가족사무관，여종류직경、림파결전이、림상분기、종류세포분화정도、유관（P＜0．05）。결론 CIP2A가능여유선암적발생、발전유관。
Objective To explore the expression of CIP2A in breast cancer and tumor adjacent tissues and its clinical significance.Methods Expression of CIP2A was detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method and RT-PCR in breast carcino-ma and tumor adjacent tissues ,and its relationship with clinical pathological characteristics of breast cancer were analyzed .Re-sults The positive expression rate of CIP2A in breast cancer tissues(65.7%)was higher than that of the tumor adjacent tissue (21.4%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Expression of CIP2A was not related with age and family histo-ry,while it is related with tumor size,lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and tumor differentiation (P<0.05).Conclusion CIP2A may be associated with the occurrence and development of breast cancer ,and it has certain value in judging the prognosis of breast cancer .
