介绍了TD-N12射水泵抽气器的设备配置及工作原理。通过分析得出:将老式单通道射水凝汽器改为多通道射水凝汽器,在抽水总量下降的状况下选用小功率射水泵电机,可达到节水和节电效果。节能改造证实射水抽气器实施改造后,配套电机实际功率由原来的28.8 kW降至20.4kW。以2013年机组运行6700 h计算,节约用电量56.28 MWh,节约标煤量28.4t,节省燃料成本2.3万元,取得了较好的节能效果。

It introduced TD-N12 water jet ejector device configuration and work principle. Based on analysis: change the old single channel water jet air ejector condenser to multi-channel water jet air ejector condenser, under condition of declined pumping water, it choose small power water jet pump motor to save energy and water. After energy saving renovation, water jet air ejector power has become 20.4kw from 28.8kw. according to 6700 hours operation time in 2013, it could save 56.28mwh, which equals 28.4 ton coal, 23000rmb. Good energy saving effect has been archieved.
