为了高精度地对扭振信号进行测试和处理,针对脉冲计数式扭振信号时频转换中的误差原因,提出了对扭振信号进行等时间间隔二次采样和对扭角计算公式进行修正2种方法来提高扭振信号时频转换精度。通过在整周期和非整周期标准扭振信号的时频转换中进行对比,证明2种方法对提高扭振信号时频转换精度均是有效的,而且利用修正的扭角计算公式所得的扭角信号为等时间采样信号,免去二次采样的过程,既能够保证时频转换的精度要求,又不会影响计算速度。此外,通过研究发现平顶窗对减小扭振信号截断所带来的泄露误差效果最好,增多齿盘的齿数或使用高精度的编码器会提高扭角时频转换的精度。

In order to measure and process torsional vibration signals with high precision, aiming at the sources of error in time-frequency domain transformation ( TFDT) of torsional vibration signals with pulse counting method, two methods for improving the accuracy of TFDT were proposed, including resample with constant interval and mod-ifying formulation of torsional angle. The methods were applied to TFDT of complete cycle and non-complete cycle standard torsional vibration signals, and it is found that the methods developed in this study are effective. The tor-sional angles with constant interval sampling can be obtained directly by the modified formulation to avoid resam-pling, which not only can guarantee the accuracy, but also have no negative effect on computing speed of TFDT. In addition, it is found that the effect of flat-top window on reducing the leakage errors due to blocking of torsional vi-bration signal is the best and the accuracy of TFDT could be improved by increasing the teeth number or using en-coder with higher precision.
