[目的]论述红芽大戟组织培养的研究现状.[方法]从外植体的选择及消毒、培养基及激素选择、组培苗生根及移栽等方面进行论述,并探讨了红芽大戟组织培养研究中存在的问题以及未来的研究和发展方向.[结果]芽或茎尖是红芽大戟组织培养合适的外植体;不同植物种类或不同品种对激素的要求不同,目前所采用的培养基主要为MS、B5、Miller培养基,不同诱导阶段所采用的培养基的种类和浓度也不尽相同;组培苗移栽主要注意基质、移栽温度和湿度、移栽季节及水肥等方面.组织培养快繁技术研究仍处在初步研究阶段,技本尚未成熟,今后应该加强研究的关键问题主要有解决外植体污染难题,提高外植体诱导成功率;提高芽苗生根率及组培苗移栽成活率等.[结论]该研究为人工栽培红芽大戟提供有价值的参考.

[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the research status of tissue culture of Knoxia valerianodies.[Method]The explant selection,medium and plant growth regulators selection,rooting cultivation and transplantation of Knoxia valerianodies were discussed.Main problems in Knoxia valerianodies tissue culture were analyzed,the research and development direction in the future was also discussed.[Result] Red bud bud or shoot tip were suitable tissue culture explants of Knoxia valerianodies,the different plant species or different varieties had different requirements for hormone.At present,the medium used mainly for MS,B5 and Miller medium,the type and concentration of the different media used in the induction phase were not the same.In the transplant of tissue culture,the main consideration were the matrix,transplanting temperature and humidity,transplanting season,fertilizer and other aspects.The research on propagation technology of tissue culture is still in the preliminary study stage,technology is not yet mature.The key question for future research is mainly to solve the pollution problem of explants,improve the iduced success rate of explants ; improve the rooting rate of shoots and the survival rate of tissue culture transplant and so on.[Conclusion] The study provides a valuable reference for the artificial cultivation of Knoxia valerianodies.
