[目的]研究复方霍山石斛含片是否具有清咽功能.[方法]根据国食药监保化[2012]107号文件清咽功能动物试验要求,采用大鼠棉球植入、大鼠足趾肿胀、小鼠耳廓肿胀3种试验方法.具体将80只健康雄性大鼠、40只健康雄性小鼠按体重随机分2个大组,每个大组按低、中、高和空白对照4个剂量组[0.27、0.53、1.60、0 g/(kg·bw·d)],连续灌胃32 d后分别对不同剂量组进行棉球植入试验(肉芽肿的形成及测定)、足趾肿胀试验及测定、耳肿胀试验及测定.[结果]1.60 g/(kg·bw ·d)组肉芽肿净量低于0 g/(kg·bw·d)组;0.53、1.60 g/(kg·bw·d)组1、2、4h足趾肿胀率均低于0 g/(kg·bw·d)组,1.60 g/(kg·bw·d)组6h足趾肿胀率低于0g/(kg ·bw·d)组;1.60 g/(kg·bw·d)组耳廓肿胀率低于0 g/(kg·bw·d)组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).[结论]复方霍山石斛含片清咽功能的动物试验结果为阳性,具有清咽功能.
[목적]연구복방곽산석곡함편시부구유청인공능.[방법]근거국식약감보화[2012]107호문건청인공능동물시험요구,채용대서면구식입、대서족지종창、소서이곽종창3충시험방법.구체장80지건강웅성대서、40지건강웅성소서안체중수궤분2개대조,매개대조안저、중、고화공백대조4개제량조[0.27、0.53、1.60、0 g/(kg·bw·d)],련속관위32 d후분별대불동제량조진행면구식입시험(육아종적형성급측정)、족지종창시험급측정、이종창시험급측정.[결과]1.60 g/(kg·bw ·d)조육아종정량저우0 g/(kg·bw·d)조;0.53、1.60 g/(kg·bw·d)조1、2、4h족지종창솔균저우0 g/(kg·bw·d)조,1.60 g/(kg·bw·d)조6h족지종창솔저우0g/(kg ·bw·d)조;1.60 g/(kg·bw·d)조이곽종창솔저우0 g/(kg·bw·d)조,차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05).[결론]복방곽산석곡함편청인공능적동물시험결과위양성,구유청인공능.
[Objective] To study the effect of the tablet of Dendrobium huoshanense on the throat clearing function of mice.[Method] The mice were fed with the tablet at the dose of 0,0.27,0.53 and 1.60 for 32 days,and then 3 indexes of throat clearing function were measured to judge the effect of the tablet on clearing the throat function.[Result] The net amount of granuloma of 1.60 g/(kg · bw · d) group is less than 0 g/(kg · bw · d) group; The toe swelling rate of group 0.53 g/g(kg · bw · d) and 1.60 g/g/(kg · bw · d) in 1 h,2 h,4 h were lower than that of 0 g/(kg · bw · d) group; The auricle swelling rate of 1.60 g/(kg · bw · d) group is lower than that of 0 g/(kg · bw · d) group.The differences all have statistical significance(P ＜ 0.05).[Conclusion] The tablet has throat clearing function.
