[目的]为了选用合适的制样方法.[方法]介绍了样品的常规制样方法——固体样品的KBr压片和KCI压片法以及液体样品的可拆液体池法,并且比较了这些方法的优缺点,对于压片法的不足之处,提出了一种改进的制样方法:以空白KBr压片作片基,通过浸渍法制样.[结果]对于固体样品,将其溶解于挥发性有机溶剂,浸渍法制样;对于高沸点液体样品,将样品用挥发性有机溶剂稀释,采用浸渍法制样,即把空白KBr压片在稀释后的溶液中浸渍后在红外灯下挥发掉有机溶剂后制样.[结论]通过与常规压片法对比,这种改进的制样方法所得的谱图能达到定性分析的要求,且弥补常规压片法的不足.
[目的]為瞭選用閤適的製樣方法.[方法]介紹瞭樣品的常規製樣方法——固體樣品的KBr壓片和KCI壓片法以及液體樣品的可拆液體池法,併且比較瞭這些方法的優缺點,對于壓片法的不足之處,提齣瞭一種改進的製樣方法:以空白KBr壓片作片基,通過浸漬法製樣.[結果]對于固體樣品,將其溶解于揮髮性有機溶劑,浸漬法製樣;對于高沸點液體樣品,將樣品用揮髮性有機溶劑稀釋,採用浸漬法製樣,即把空白KBr壓片在稀釋後的溶液中浸漬後在紅外燈下揮髮掉有機溶劑後製樣.[結論]通過與常規壓片法對比,這種改進的製樣方法所得的譜圖能達到定性分析的要求,且瀰補常規壓片法的不足.
[목적]위료선용합괄적제양방법.[방법]개소료양품적상규제양방법——고체양품적KBr압편화KCI압편법이급액체양품적가탁액체지법,병차비교료저사방법적우결점,대우압편법적불족지처,제출료일충개진적제양방법:이공백KBr압편작편기,통과침지법제양.[결과]대우고체양품,장기용해우휘발성유궤용제,침지법제양;대우고비점액체양품,장양품용휘발성유궤용제희석,채용침지법제양,즉파공백KBr압편재희석후적용액중침지후재홍외등하휘발도유궤용제후제양.[결론]통과여상규압편법대비,저충개진적제양방법소득적보도능체도정성분석적요구,차미보상규압편법적불족.
[Objective] The research aimed to select the appropriate sample preparation method.[Method] The sample of conventional sampling method——solid samples of KBr pressed method and KCl pressed method,and liquid samples of removable liquid cell method were described,and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were compared at last.A modified method as for the disadvantages of pressed method had been put forward:impregnation,which was made by blank KBr tablet for film base.[Result] As for solidsamples which could be dissolved in volatile organic solvents,this method could be used.And for high boiling point of liquid samples,the samples could be diluted by volatile organic solvents,then sampled by impregnation,in the other words,which was sampled after the blank KBr tablet with diluted organic solvent evaporated under the condition of infrared light.[Conclusion] Through comparison with the conventional pressed method-KBr pressed method,infrared spectrum of this modified preparation method could achieve the request of qualitative analysis,and made up the deficiency of conventional pressed method.
