本文选用SQL Server作为系统数据库，利用VB．NET语言和SuperMap Objects 及其SDX引擎开发了公用信息管线管理系统，实现了对公用信息管线数据的浏览、查询、编辑、工程项目管理、合同管理、统计分析、输入输出等功能，提高了管线的管理水平，进一步加强了管理部门决策的科学性和合理性。

This paper selects the SQL Server as the database system , using VB.NET language and SuperMap Objects and its SDX engine developed public information pipeline management system , realized the line of public information data browsing , query, editing, project management , contract man-agement , statistical analysis , the function such as input and output , improve the management level of the pipeline , to further strengthen the scientific na-ture and rationality of management decision making .
