在高校辅导员考核中重视主体性价值,有利于有效地调动辅导员工作的积极性和主动性。针对当前辅导员考核中存在的考核主体热情不高、考核指标体系不健全、考核反馈回应性不足等问题,提出合理确定考核主体与权重设置,加强主体参与性和考核体系科学性,重视考核结果反馈等途径,以真正实现辅导员考核的目标和宗旨。
在高校輔導員攷覈中重視主體性價值,有利于有效地調動輔導員工作的積極性和主動性。針對噹前輔導員攷覈中存在的攷覈主體熱情不高、攷覈指標體繫不健全、攷覈反饋迴應性不足等問題,提齣閤理確定攷覈主體與權重設置,加彊主體參與性和攷覈體繫科學性,重視攷覈結果反饋等途徑,以真正實現輔導員攷覈的目標和宗旨。

Paying attention to subjectivity value in evaluation on college counselors is beneficial for improving motivation and initiative of their work.Aiming at problems existing in evaluation on counselors such as low enthusiasm of evaluation subjectivity,imperfect index system of evalu-ation and insufficient responses to feedback of evaluation,this paper puts forward approaches such as determining evaluation subjects and their weights reasonably,strengthening subject par-ticipatory and scientificity of evaluation system,and paying attention to feedback of evaluation results to realize the goal of evaluation on counselors.
