从高职教育资源及有效整合的内涵入手，探讨了高职教育资源整合解决资源不足、推动校企合作、促进政府支持、实现区域共享的现实意义。在分析教学产业园作为高职教育有效整合平台所具备的有利条件基础上，提出了依托教学产业园争取政府资源、整合校企资源、优化人力资源、建设教学资源等策略。
從高職教育資源及有效整閤的內涵入手，探討瞭高職教育資源整閤解決資源不足、推動校企閤作、促進政府支持、實現區域共享的現實意義。在分析教學產業園作為高職教育有效整閤平檯所具備的有利條件基礎上，提齣瞭依託教學產業園爭取政府資源、整閤校企資源、優化人力資源、建設教學資源等策略。
종고직교육자원급유효정합적내함입수，탐토료고직교육자원정합해결자원불족、추동교기합작、촉진정부지지、실현구역공향적현실의의。재분석교학산업완작위고직교육유효정합평태소구비적유리조건기출상，제출료의탁교학산업완쟁취정부자원、정합교기자원、우화인력자원、건설교학자원등책략。
Starting from connotation of higher vocational education resources and effective integration, this paper discusses the practical significances of integration of higher vocational education resources such as solving insufficiency problem of resources,promoting school - enterprise cooperation,accelerating government support and realizing region share.Based on analyzing the advantages of teaching industrial park as the platform for integrating resources of higher vocational education effectively,this paper puts forward strategies such as striving for government resources,integrating college and enterprise re-sources,optimizing manpower resources and constructing teaching resources.
