在三种不同的色谱条件下，分别建立了利用高效液相色谱测定2-苯基苯并噻唑合成产率的分析方法，并且考察了在不同的色谱条件下利用高效液相色谱检测2-苯基苯并噻唑合成产率准确度的影响规律。结果表明：利用测定色谱条件相对应的三种标准曲线计算得到2-苯基苯并噻唑的产率差别较小，准确度高；在有机合成条件优化时，为了获得更好的分离效果，可以利用不同的色谱条件进行检测，根据在其它色谱条件下所作的标准曲线计算该合成方法的反应产率。

In this paper ,three different analysis methods determined the yield of 2-phenylbenzoth-iazole were established in three different HPLC conditions .Furthermore ,the key factor for the deter-mined accuracy of the yield of 2 -phenylbenzothiazole were examined by HPLC under the different chromatographic conditions .The yield of 2 -phenylbenzothiazole determined according to the corre-sponding standard curves could be obtained in high accuracy .The low accurate data would be given when the yield of 2 -phenylbenzothiazole was determined according to the different standard curves . However ,the yield of 2-phenylbenzothiazole could be obtained using a different standard curve detec-ted by HPLC in a different mobile phase during optimizing the reaction conditions .
