针对K装药结构,基于改进的射流成型理论,建立了 K 装药射流形成与侵彻理论模型,并通过 Mathematica软件编程计算射流成型过程。结果表明:相对于传统锥形罩装药,同样药型罩结构的 K 装药形成射流的头部速度提高了31.02%,质量堆积点降低了23.8%,射流长度增加了30.5%。优化设计适用于 K 装药的偏心亚半球型药型罩,形成了速度较高、质量比大、质量堆积点降低且更易拉长的杆式射流,并进行了静爆试验验证,理论计算与试验的侵彻深度结果误差为5.8%。

Aiming at K-charge,the theoretical model of K-charged j et generation and penetration was built based on the improved theory of j et,and the program was writen by Mathematica to calculate the K-charged j et forming.In comparison with the traditional cone-type liner,K-charge with the same liner can add the head speed of jet by 30.02%,and the mass accumulation point reduces by 23.8% and the jet length increases by 30.5%.The eccentric hemisphere K-charge was optimized and designed.The rod-shaped j et forms,which has high speed,large mass ratio.The mass accumulation point of the j et advances.The static detonation experiment was carried out.Compared with the experiment results,the penetration-depth error of the theory is only 5 .8%.
