对60 mm口径的尖卵型和双弧线型弹体进行高速侵彻素混凝土靶试验,弹体撞击速度为800~1400 m/s。试验结果表明,在所研究的速度范围内,弹体侵彻深度随着靶速度呈线性增加的趋势,弹体质量侵蚀小于5%,可近似认为刚性弹侵彻。在空腔膨胀理论基础上,通过建立尖卵型和双弧线型弹头部形状函数,分析了2种不同弹头形状弹体的受力情况,建立了阻力模型,数值求解了弹体的侵彻深度。理论计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,分析结果表明,弹体质量、着靶速度、靶体一致的条件下,双弧线型弹体的侵彻能力比尖卵型高约9%。

The experiments of the ogive and double-arc nose projectiles with 60 mm caliber penetrating concrete targets at high-speed were carried out,and proj ectiles impact velocity is 800-1 400 m/s.The experiment results show that the penetration depth of projectile increases linearly with the impacting velocity,and the mass loss of proj ectile is less than 5%.The penetration can be approximately considered rigid penetration.Based on the cavity expansion theory,the nose shape function of the ogive and double arc nose proj ectiles were established,and the resistant forces on the two different nose-shape proj ectiles were analyzed.The penetration depth of proj ectiles were calculated by numerical method.The theoretical results agree well with the experiment.Theoretical calculations show that the penetration capability of double-arc nose proj ectiles is 9% higher than that of the ogive nose proj ectiles under the conditions of same proj ectile mass,impact velocity and target.
